Pune: To mark the completion of 11 years of service to the nation by the Modi government at the Centre, a tree plantation program was held at the premises of the Law College near the foothills of Hanuman Tekdi (Kanchan Galli), Pune. The plantation was carried out at the hands of BJP Pune City General Secretary Puneet Joshi and BJP Kothrud South Mandal President Kuldeep Sawlekar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A brief introduction was given about the Modi @11<\/em> campaign, explaining why a tree plantation program was specifically chosen as part of the campaign. The initiative was also used to share information with the attendees about the tree conservation drive promoted by the Modi government on World Environment Day. It was emphasized that nature is the foundation of human stability and well-being and should never be taken for granted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The event was organized by BJP worker Ketaki Deshpande, while the awareness session on tree plantation was conducted by Rohini Chaphalkar.
