In a statement released in Pune, Kashmir Icon expressed heartfelt gratitude to the people of Pune and made an emotional appeal urging them to take the lead in reviving tourism in Kashmir. Present on the occasion were Kashmir Icon\u2019s Managing Director Nasir Shah, Directors Mir Anwar, Athar Yameen, and Shaukat Pakhtoon, among others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the statement, Maharashtra has always welcomed the people of Kashmir with warmth and dignity. Every year, between October and April, thousands of Kashmiri artisans, traders, and entrepreneurs travel to Maharashtra and become an integral part of the state\u2019s social, cultural, and economic fabric. This bond, the organization noted, is not merely commercial but rooted in tradition, trust, and long-standing emotional ties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Following the unfortunate incident of April 22, Kashmir\u2019s tourism sector suffered a severe emotional and economic setback. However, during this challenging period, Maharashtra\u2014particularly the people of Pune\u2014stood firmly with Kashmir, offering unwavering support. Against this backdrop, Kashmir is once again ready to welcome tourists, and Kashmir Icon has appealed to Pune citizens to lead this revival.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Expressing strong faith in Pune\u2019s spirit, Kashmir Icon stated, \u201cEven if no one else comes forward, Pune will travel to Kashmir.\u201d With this confidence, the organization gave the clarion call: \u201cChalo\u2026 Chalo Kashmir!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The majestic Chinar trees, golden saffron fields, and Kashmir\u2019s timeless tradition of Atithi Devo Bhava are eagerly awaiting visitors from Pune.
