Spread the love Entrepreneurs in Pune to benefit from various government and bank schemes Pune: To provide information on various government schemes, bank initiatives, financial institution offerings, and government subsidies to entrepreneurs and aspiring business owners in Pune, the Maratha Entrepreneur Association is organizing “Loan and Subsidy Expo – 2025” for the first time in Pune. The event will be held on Friday, 25th [July/August], from 10 AM to 7 PM, at Siddhi Banquet, D.P. Road, Pune. Entry to the expo is free for all. This information was shared in a press conference by the association’s President Vikram Gaikwad, Secretary Sai Bahirat Patil, and Vice President Nitin Bhosale. Present at the press conference were former president Arun Nimbhan, Vice President Vijay Gaware, Pramod Sathe, Treasurer Rajesh Kurade, Executive Member Ashram Kale, and other dignitaries. This initiative will bring together leading institutions such as Pune People’s Co-operative Bank, MSC Bank, Federal Bank, ICICI Bank, State Bank of India, Cosmos Bank, Vidya Sahakari Bank, Lokmangal Bank, HDFC Bank, Mahanagar Bank, Punjab National Bank, Bank of Baroda, Bank of Maharashtra, CRISIL, MEDA, Annasaheb Patil Economic Development Corporation, and several other government and private banks, financial institutions, and grant-giving agencies—all under one roof. Entrepreneurs will have the opportunity to interact with them and avail benefits for their businesses. Members of the association, along with officers from various government, private, and co-operative banks, will participate in the event. Entrepreneurs will receive information on government schemes and how national and co-operative banks can assist them, through focused discussion sessions. In addition, various departments promoting entrepreneurship, government and private financial agencies, and co-operative banks will have stalls at the expo. These stalls will provide detailed information to existing and aspiring entrepreneurs about available schemes and support mechanisms. Furthermore, banks will set up dedicated stalls to showcase and facilitate transactions related to seized assets, machinery, and industrial plots that could be useful for business development. Maratha Entrepreneur Association, established in 2014 with 16 founding members, has seen rapid growth. Today, it comprises over 800 Maratha entrepreneurs, including more than 110 women entrepreneurs. The association has also expanded to the industrial area of Pimpri-Chinchwad, with over 200 members in that region. The core mission of the association is to support business growth through mutual cooperation.
