A Majestic 20×20 Feet Rangoli Created by Jadhavar Group of Institutes

Pune: A grand tribute was paid to Lokmanya Bal Gangadhar Tilak, renowned journalist, writer, and father of Indian unrest, and Lokshahir Anna Bhau Sathe, a powerful voice of the Marathi literary revolution, through an intricately designed 20×20 feet rangoli. The artwork also featured illustrations of objects symbolizing their impactful contributions to the nation, reminding viewers of their lasting legacy.

The special program was organized by the Jadhavar Group of Institutes, Na-Have, to mark the death anniversary of Lokmanya Tilak and the birth anniversary of Lokshahir Anna Bhau Sathe. The rangoli portrayed various facets of both great personalities and their roles in shaping modern India.

The initiative was conducted under the guidance of Dr. Sudhakarrao Jadhavar, President of the Jadhavar Group of Institutes, Adv. Shardul Jadhavar, Vice President, and Surekha Jadhavar, Treasurer. The rangoli was completed in just three hours by artists Sunil Sontakke and Vaishali Sontakke.

Adv. Shardul Jadhavar said, “This tribute honors Lokmanya Tilak, who roared ‘Swarajya is my birthright and I shall have it,’ and Lokshahir Anna Bhau Sathe, who awakened the masses through literary masterpieces like Fakira. The purpose of this initiative was to remember these legendary figures and inspire students to follow in their footsteps.”
