Pune: With chants of “Anantkoti Brahmandanayak, Jai Jai Swami Samarth” echoing in a spiritually charged atmosphere, Swami himself seemed to grace the ‘Swami’ auditorium. The grand launch of the devotional song ‘Swami-2’, portraying the divine glory of Swami Samarth, took place on Tuesday. The event was held at MDS Banquets, Kiwale, where the audience experienced both the divine leelas of Swami on screen and a symbolic spiritual presence in the auditorium.

Following the overwhelming response to the first part of the devotional song ‘Swami’, produced by Bhairava Films, the sequel ‘Swami-2’ has now been created. Based on a true story and lived experiences, this song features a heartfelt performance by young entrepreneur Dr. Prashant Gawali. Directed by Manish Mahajan, sung by Harshvardhan Wavare, with lyrics and music arrangement by Narhar Rahekar and Brahma Mahajan, the song matches the high standards set by its predecessor. The song unfolds the inspirational journey and struggles of Dr. Prashant Gawali.

The launch event of ‘Swami-2’ was graced by industrialists Avinash Tupe, Usman Shaikh, Prakash Mangane, Sudama Das, Yogita Gawali, veteran actor Sunil Godbole, singer of the original ‘Swami’ song Avdhoot Gandhi, Akshay Waghmare, Sagar Dolatade, Abhijeet Borate, actor Pratik Lad, Arbaaz Shaikh, and Hansraj Jagtap, among others.

Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Prashant Gawali said,
“I see Swami in my mother. Swami has greatly blessed me. I have always worked under His spiritual shelter. This song is my attempt to express the grace Swami has bestowed upon my life. Swami helps us overcome life’s difficulties and pain—I experience this at every step. This song will surely inspire many. Over 15 million Swami devotees have watched the first part, and I am confident this song too will receive immense love from Swami’s followers.”

Brahma Mahajan added,
“With Swami’s grace, everyone’s life can become joyful. This song shows how, through devotion and faith, even a common person can achieve success. The response to the first song was energizing for us. This effort to portray Dr. Gawali’s struggles and his spiritual journey with Swami’s blessings through both parts will definitely resonate with the audience.”
