Minister Chandrakant Patil adds another jewel to Kothrud’s glory

Public sentiment at the inauguration of Shri Mhatooba Banquet Hall

Pune: Minister Chandrakant Patil has added yet another jewel to Kothrud’s glory and has truly become a guardian for all the residents of Kothrud — such was the sentiment expressed by the local citizens today. “Chandrakant Dada has become the father of all daughters in Kothrud,” said spiritual leader H.B.P. Chandrakant Maharaj Wanjale during his address.

The Shri Mhatooba Banquet Hall, built near the premises of Kothrud’s village deity Shri Mhatooba Temple through Minister Patil’s vision and people’s participation, was inaugurated in the presence of Minister Patil and numerous Kothrud residents.

Speaking on the occasion, H.B.P. Chandrakant Maharaj Wanjale said, “Minister Chandrakant Dada Patil always works for the welfare of the poor and needy in Kothrud. He has taken on the role of a father to thousands of girls here through various initiatives such as Sukanya Samruddhi, Sukhada, Mansi, Scholarship, and Jhal. His leadership, generosity, and compassion have always inspired the people of Kothrud. Through this banquet hall, he has ensured that girls from poor families can celebrate their weddings in a grand manner. This is indeed a matter of great joy for all of us.”
