Spread the love Organized by Shrimati Laxmibai Dagdusheth Halwai Dattamandir Trust Pune: On the occasion of Tripurari Pournima, a grand Annakoot ceremony was held at the Shrimati Laxmibai Dagdusheth Halwai Dattamandir in Budhwar Peth. This year, the highlight of the celebration was the Rotating Annakoot display. A total of 125 food items — including namkeen snacks, fruits, traditional sweets, chocolates, biscuits, and various delicacies — were offered in this unique rotating arrangement. The event was organized under the guidance of Trust President Adv. Shivraj Kadam Jahagirdar, Executive Trustee Adv. Rajani Ukarande, Treasurer Yuvraj Gadve, Festival Convenor Mahendra Pisal, Deputy Convenor Akshay Halwai, Trustees Adv. Pratap Pardeshi, Dr. Parag Kalker, Sunil Rukari, and Rajendra Balkawade. The flower decorations in the temple attracted special attention from devotees. Manager Ashok Dorugade, along with volunteers Nandu Chippa and Vaibhav Nilakhe, coordinated the preparation of the Annakoot display.Speaking on the occasion, Trust President Adv. Shivraj Kadam Jahagirdar said that the temple’s entrance and sanctum were beautifully decorated with floral garlands and rangoli. The Rotating Annakoot, introduced for the first time this year, drew a large crowd of devotees from early morning. Treasurer Yuvraj Gadve extended special support through Kaka Halwai for the preparation of the offerings. The food items arranged for the Annakoot will be donated to social organizations, while the remaining offerings will be distributed among devotees as prasad.
