Spread the love Pune: Senior poet and author of the book “Vrittabaddha Kavita: Kala Ani Shastra”, Varsha Kulkarni will be honored with the ‘Kavya Jeevangaurav’ Award presented by Rangat-Sangat Pratishthan. The award ceremony is scheduled for Sunday, March 23, at 11 AM at Patrakar Bhavan, Second Floor, Pune. The award will be presented by Dr. Sadanand More, Chairman of Maharashtra Sahitya Sanskriti Mandal and a senior thinker, as announced in a statement by Adv. Pramod Aadkar, President of Rangat-Sangat Pratishthan. The event will also feature a poetry gathering (Kavi Sammelan) in its concluding session. Varsha Kulkarni has been writing poetry since her school days and has a special interest in metrical poetry (Vrittabaddha Kavya). Her book “Vrittabaddha Kavita: Kala Ani Shastra” has been selected as a reference book for first-year degree students at Savitribai Phule Pune University.
