Visit to Gokul Agro Farm under the “Club of Women (C-O-W)” Initiative

Pune – To allow women to take a little time out for themselves from their daily routines, the Agarwal Samaj Federation Women’s Committee organized a special outing under the banner of “Club of Women (C-O-W)” in Pune district. The initiative, designed by women, for women, brought together over 100 women for a refreshing break from their fast-paced lives.

This trip was organized by C-O-W President Neeta Agarwal, Vice Presidents Meena Goyal and Usha Tulsyan, Secretary Lakshmi Bansal, Treasurer Meenakshi Agarwal, and Working Committee members Sujata, Ashwini, and Nirmala.

Speaking on the occasion, Neeta Agarwal said, “Today, women often get caught up entirely in taking care of children, the household, and grandchildren. Especially after the age of 40, stepping out for themselves becomes difficult and socially constrained. Generally, they only go out with their families. Through such activities, they get time for themselves and a break from everyday responsibilities. Most importantly, the main objective of this club is to promote women empowerment.”
