Spread the love Pune: A dedicated centre for exam preparation, training, and research for aspiring government lawyers is being launched in Pune, offering a special six-month course. The initiative has been taken by the Jadhavar Group of Institutes located at Narhe. The inauguration of the centre will take place on Saturday, July 5, at 6 PM at Hotel O, Koregaon Park, informed the institute’s Vice President Adv. Shardul Jadhavar. The inauguration will be carried out by former minister Sudhir Mungantiwar. Notable guests attending the event include Dr. R.M. Chitnis, Vice-Chancellor of MIT World Peace University; Ashokkumar Bhilare, Director of the Directorate of Prosecution; Dr. Parag Kalkar, Pro Vice-Chancellor of Savitribai Phule Pune University; along with Dr. Sudhakar Jadhavar, President of the institute; and Adv. Shardul Jadhavar, Vice President. Other dignitaries present on the occasion will include officials from the Directorate of Prosecution such as Rashmi Narwadkar, Mamta Patil, Supriya More-Desai, Vaishnavi Patil, Anand Narkhedkar, and Sangeeta Dhage. All the guests will share their thoughts on the essential requirements and training aspects needed to become a government lawyer. Adv. Shardul Jadhavar stated that the event will also feature a thought-provoking discussion on the challenges and opportunities in the field of government lawyering. This is the first event of its kind in Maharashtra. Around 100 senior government lawyers and 40 selected students from law colleges will attend the event. The upcoming six-month course will be conducted in two levels, and its details will be unveiled at the event by the dignitaries.
