Spread the love Pune: “Today’s youth are the nation builders, the future of India. India’s identity lies in its four principles – unity, sensitivity, devotion, and perfection. If these principles are not brought into education, the very existence of India will be at risk. God resides in everyone, hence unity is essential. The three words ‘body, nation, and God’ must always be remembered, for the true essence of life lies within them,” expressed Retired Lieutenant Colonel Satish Hange, Deputy Director, Department of Sainik Welfare, Maharashtra State. The 7th Shaurya Awards Ceremony was organized by the Jadhavar Group of Institutes at the Narhe campus. On this occasion, Retired Air Marshal Avinash Kshirsagar, Chairman of Jadhavar Group of Institutes Principal Dr. Sudhakar Jadhavar, Vice President Adv. Shardul Jadhavar, and Treasurer Surekha Jadhavar were present. Police officers Vishal Dalvi, Sandeep Shirke, Dayanand Telange Patil, and Maruti Pardhi were honored with the Shaurya Award. Satish Hange further said, “While maintaining sensitivity, we must reduce our own needs and think of others. With success comes ego, and to avoid it, devotion is necessary. True devotion is not about receiving, but about giving. The fourth principle, perfection, means whatever we do, we must do it in the best possible way.” Adv. Shardul Jadhavar said, “During the pre-independence era, the slogan of freedom was raised from Pune. Pune is the cultural capital of the country. However, it is concerning to see the increasing rate of addiction among the youth today. It is essential to include the study of great leaders and saints in our curriculum. Without it, we cannot progress. In the new education policy, the study of the lives of such great personalities must be made mandatory,” he emphasized. Retired Air Marshal Avinash Kshirsagar also shared his thoughts on the occasion.
