Gera Developments Launches Direct Metro Access to Gera’s Imperium Gateway in PCMC

A new milestone in metro-connected commercial infrastructure

Pune : Gera Developments Pvt. The inauguration was attended by Manoj Dandare, AGM – Property Department, Maharashtra Metro Rail Corporation Ltd.; Mihir Kulkarni, DGM – Planning Department, Maha Metro; and Gulzar Malhotra, CEO, Gera Developments.

With the new entry access, commuters, employees and visitors can now enter the project directly from the metro station, significantly resolving last-mile connectivity challenges and making office travel faster, more convenient and time-efficient.

Speaking on the occasion, Manoj Dandare said the metro project aims to strengthen Pune’s transport ecosystem and such transit-oriented developments will bring meaningful changes to the city’s urban structure. Integration of public infrastructure with private development will help create future-ready commercial districts.

Gulzar Malhotra stated that modern commercial developments must go beyond buildings and focus on connectivity, efficiency and sustainability. Direct metro connectivity enhances the project’s commercial value, increases corporate interest and encourages environmentally responsible commuting. Over 95% of the project space has already been sold, and leasing has received strong response from the corporate sector.

Spread across approximately 11.5 acres, this is the tenth project in the Imperium series and has been developed as a three-tower complex. Featuring modern office spaces, retail and food destinations, a social open plaza, two dedicated retail floors and a grand glass façade entrance, the development is expected to evolve into a major business-lifestyle hub in Pimpri-Chinchwad. Connectivity to the Pune-Mumbai-Nashik corridor is also conveniently accessible from the location.
