115 Singers Felicitated After Record-Breaking Musical Marathon; Honoured with ‘Excellence England’ Award

Grand Celebration organized by Swamini Music Academy in Pune

Pune : In a remarkable celebration of musical talent and endurance, as many as 115 singers were felicitated following a record-breaking musical marathon organized by Swamini Music Academy, in collaboration with Valentina Women Empowerment, at the iconic Bal Gandharva Rang Mandir.

The unique initiative brought together 115 vocalists who collectively performed 575 songs over an uninterrupted span of 54 hours, setting an extraordinary benchmark in the world of music. Recognizing this achievement, the initiative was honoured with the prestigious ‘Excellence England’ international award.
The felicitation ceremony was graced by prominent personalities including Meghraj Raje Bhosale, President of the All India Marathi Film Federatio and noted actress, director, and producer Shweta Shinde, who jointly honoured all participating artists. Veteran accordion player Anil Gode was also conferred with a Lifetime Achievement Award in recognition of his contribution to music.

Renowned actress and singer Pushpa Chaudhary played a key role in conceptualizing and organizing both the record-setting event and the grand felicitation ceremony. The event also witnessed the presence of social activist Trupti Desai, corporator Reshma Barate, and industry leader Abasaheb Chorghe, along with several other dignitaries who extended their congratulations to the artists and organizers.

Adding to the musical charm of the evening, several acclaimed singers, including Makarand Patankar, Rishikesh Mahale, Monali Dubey, Preeti Pethkar, and others, delivered captivating live performances, creating a memorable musical experience for the audience.
