Principal Vitthal Babanrao Gaikwad honoured with a State-Level Award

Chinchwad: In recognition of his value-based, innovative, and student-centric contribution to the field of education, Principal Vitthal Babanrao Gaikwad has been honoured with the State-Level Ideal Teacher Award 2025. The award was presented by the Swift Nift Media Group at the Elpro Mall auditorium in Chinchwad.

The state-level award was presented at the hands of Navnath Yevale, head of the Yevale Group, and Nilesh Sabe, CEO of Swift & Lift. Principal Gaikwad has previously been honoured with awards such as Shikshan Ratna and the National Award for Excellence in Principalship.
Focusing on the holistic development of students, Principal Gaikwad’s work—balancing value education, discipline, social awareness, and modern teaching methodologies—has become a model in the education sector. As a principal, he has emphasized not limiting education merely to the syllabus, but nurturing students’ personality development, sense of responsibility, and a positive outlook on life.
Along with academic excellence, the initiatives implemented by him to inculcate values, leadership qualities, and social consciousness have helped build confidence and awareness among students. Dignitaries present at the event expressed that this honour is a recognition of his consistent and meaningful contribution to education.
