Pune: Various types of narcotics are openly being sold in Maharashtra, especially in Pune. The main reason behind the increasing involvement of the youth in such criminal activities is unemployment. Growing unemployment, inflation, addiction, and uncertainty about the future are pushing many young people towards crime, leading to the destruction of many families. Due to the incompetence of the central and state governments, unemployment is on the rise in the country, especially in Maharashtra. The central and state governments are completely responsible for the youth turning to crime.

To raise awareness and hold the government accountable, the Youth Congress has prepared for a protest. Under the leadership of Uday Bhanu Chib, National President of the Indian Youth Congress, and Shivraj More, Maharashtra Pradesh Youth Congress President, a “Halla Bol” protest will begin on February 16, 2025, at 4 PM from Congress Bhavan, Pune.

This information was shared today during a press conference by Saurabh Amarale, City President of Pune Youth Congress. Present at the conference were Ehsan Khan, Maharashtra Youth Congress Co-incharge, Akshay Jain, Chairman of Maharashtra Pradesh Social Media, State Secretary Vivek Kadu, Amol Dawndkar, and other workers.
