Spread the love Pune : Entrepreneur and ultra-distance cyclist Kanthi Dutt completed a significant 550 km milestone of his ongoing 750 km cycling expedition from Hyderabad to Mumbai on Wednesday. On this occasion, a special fitness interaction session was held at Phoenix Marketcity Pune, where runners, cycling enthusiasts, and fitness lovers from Pune participated enthusiastically. This seven-day cycling expedition is being conducted with the support of the Sports Authority of India and aims to promote disciplined and community-driven fitness. Despite being an entrepreneur, Kanthi Dutt prioritizes fitness and is spreading the message of an active lifestyle through this journey, encouraging people to adopt regular movement and healthier habits. Through this campaign, an initiative called “The Fear Project” has also been launched. The initiative aims to inspire individuals to build mental resilience and overcome personal limits through endurance sports. During the Pune leg of the journey, several fitness enthusiasts from the city participated in the event. The program began with an energetic fitness session conducted by the team of Multifit Pune. Under the guidance of the official fitness partner Multifit Pune, participants took part in a Zumba session along with fun fitness activities such as the Plank Challenge and Squat Challenge. Explaining the purpose behind the journey, Kanthi Dutt said, “Entrepreneurship and endurance sports share a common trait—consistency and mental strength. Through this campaign, my effort is to encourage people to view fitness not as a short-term goal but as a long-term lifestyle.” Actor Ayaan Lall also attended the event and highlighted the importance of regular exercise and an active lifestyle among youth.“Fitness does not always have to be something extremely difficult. A healthy lifestyle can begin with simple activities such as cycling, running, or even daily movement,” he said. The event also featured a discussion between Kanthi Dutt and nutritionist Amita Gadre on the importance of proper diet and recovery in endurance sports. Pune-based entrepreneur Devyani Pawar was also present at the program.The event was hosted by Nayandeep Rakshit. The program concluded after an open interaction with the audience and discussions with media representatives. After completing the 550 km milestone in Pune, Kanthi Dutt has now set off towards Mumbai for the final leg of the journey.
