Event organized by Jadhavar Group of Institutes, Nahe; Discourses by Bhagwatacharya Revered Swami Pandharinath Maharaj Shastri (Vrindavan Dham)


Pune: The Jadhavar Group of Institutes, Nahe, has organized the 8th Shrimad Bhagwat Bhakti Katha Gyan Yajna Mahotsav to enlighten school students, youth, parents, and citizens through Bhagwat Katha, kirtans, and spiritual discourses. The event will feature Bhagwatacharya Revered Swami Pandharinath Maharaj Shastri from Vrindavan Dham and Sant Shivai Mata Sansthan, Shri Kshetra Shiur, who will deliver daily Bhagwat Katha discourses from May 31 to June 6 at 5:00 PM at the premises of Principal Dr. Sudhakarrao Jadhavar Educational Complex-I in Nahe. This information was shared by the institute’s Vice President, Adv. Shardul Jadhavar.


The Mahotsav will commence on Sunday, May 31, at 4:00 PM with a grand procession of the Bhagwat scripture. The Bhagwat Katha will be presented in a musical format accompanied by thematic visual depictions. The daily sessions will be held from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, covering various episodes from Ganesh Pujan and Narad Bhakti Samvad to the Krishna–Sudama dialogue, narrated in detail.


The festival will conclude on Saturday, June 6, with the Parikshit Uddhar and concluding ceremony from 6:00 AM to 8:00 AM. This will be followed at 10:00 AM by a Kalya Kirtan by renowned speaker and Bhagwat storyteller Rajendra Maharaj Yepre. A Mahaprasad will be served from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM.


The event has been organized with the participation of Surekha Jadhavar, Anjali Yepre, Lakshmichhaya Hule, Sheetal Talekar, Lata Gandale, Shobha Patil, Dr. Mahalakshmi Morale, Vijaya Jadhavar, Surekha Gaikwad, Manjushri Hule, along with the disciples of H.B.P. Yepre Maharaj and the residents of Nahe village.
Speaking about the initiative, Adv. Shardul Jadhavar said that the Mahotsav has been organized on the occasion of the birthday of educationist Dr. Sudhakarrao Jadhavar and during the auspicious Adhik Maas period. He added that such programs are conducted to help students and young people connect with and appreciate India’s rich traditions, arts, and cultural heritage.
